Trident Consulting is seeking a " AV Support Technician” for one of our clients in " San Francisco, CA” A global leader in business and technology services.


Role: AV Support Technician (Junior)

Location: San Francisco, CA – 100% Onsite

Hours: 40/week

Pay Rate: $37–$39/hr on w2


Must-Have Profile

  • 2–4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.
  • Hands-on AV troubleshooting/support experience.
  • Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity.
  • Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID.
  • Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6.
  • Basic networking concepts related to AV.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.
  • Able to work onsite in San Francisco.
  • Able to lift 20+ lbs.
