We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IP Engineer based in Reno to join our team. If you are passionate about networking technologies and possess a deep understanding of MikroTik products,

Job Responsibilities Network Design and Implementation
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex IP networks in the Reno area.
  • Develop and execute network plans, considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance.
Configuration and Troubleshooting
  • Configure and optimize MikroTik routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Security Implementation
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to proactively address potential risks.
Monitoring and Optimization
  • Monitor network performance and analyze data to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to achieve better efficiency.
Documentation
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Create and update network diagrams, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
