Responsabilités
  • Préparer et rédiger des actes notariés sous la supervision de notaires seniors.
  • Conseiller les clients sur des questions juridiques et notariales.
  • Participer aux dossiers de vente, d’achat, de réorganisation et de planification successorale.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers en cours et maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients.
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour garantir un service client de haute qualité.
  • Participer à la mise à jour et au développement de procédures internes.
  • Suivre les évolutions législatives et réglementaires pertinentes.
Profil :
  • Diplôme en droit et admission au Barreau du Québec ou équivalent.
  • Expérience antérieure en tant que notaire ou stagiaire dans un cabinet notarial serait un atout, mais les nouveaux diplômés sont également encouragés à postuler.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
