We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Etters, PA. The Junior Recruiter will support recruiting activities and work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, candidates, and external partners. This position is designed for an early-career recruiter with one to two years of professional experience who is interested in developing full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, and recruiting analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support department goals, processes, and systems that contribute to the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and professional positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
  • Review and update job descriptions with guidance from HR and hiring managers.
  • Post open positions and promote opportunities through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, networking, direct outreach, and external partnerships.
  • Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Support recruiting events, college outreach, career fairs, and professional networking activities.
  • Track recruiting activity and assist with preparing reports on time-to-fill, candidate sources, interview activity, and other recruiting metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate communication, recruiting workflows, and administrative processes.
  • Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment activities, and new-hire onboarding.
  • Help ensure required documentation and recruiting processes meet company and government compliance requirements.
  • Support the Summer Internship Program, including recruiting, interview coordination, onboarding, and occasional travel to regional colleges and universities.
  • Participate in employee engagement and other HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • One to two years of professional experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience may be considered in combination with professional experience.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, or coordinating candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
  • Exposure to technical, engineering, manufacturing, or high-volume recruiting is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of recruiting metrics and candidate-tracking practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
