Your Purpose

You will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors, offering expertise in system analysis, specifications, and testing for digital products.  Administration and configuration of digital systems, manage vendor relationships, generate reports, and serve as a liaison for project support, and efficiently coordinate project rollout plans and track progress. 

What You'll Do

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:

  • Assist in writing specifications for vendor changes or internal development, offering solution options based on analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or third parties, providing detailed use-cases and requirements for development work.
  • Coordinate and support end-user testing on upgrades and projects, including script development and troubleshooting.
  • Administer and configure and provide support for digital channel systems according to organizational needs and change control requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ticketing, SLAs, and follow-up as per project needs along with internal and external reporting and statistics.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • Associates degree in an applicable field AND minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Jack Henry’s Symitar core banking solution is preferred.
  • Experience with Q2 online banking and mobile app is preferred.
  • Problem solving skills, ability to make sound judgment, and analytical skills; interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are required to elicit requirements and communicate technical information to users effectively.
  • Must be capable of working agreed work shift and working before/after the work shift, when needed.

Salary Range: $95,425 - $115,558/annually

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation.  The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer.  The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location.
