Job Title: Junior Analyst - TEMP

SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Finance Director or designee, the Junior Analyst applies analytical principles to support CHCCC's operational and financial goals. This position is responsible for tracking performance metrics, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management to support tactical and strategic decision-making. The Junior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, create forecasts, and produce reports to meet organizational needs. The role involves preparing and analyzing periodic performance reports, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and contributing to key projects that drive organizational success. The Junior Analyst also assists with tasks such as reviewing data integrity, validating information accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role demands professionalism, adherence to AIDET standards, and compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality protocols. Adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to managing high volumes of information and navigating frequent changes in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, candidates must hold an Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or possess equivalent experience. A minimum of one year of professional experience in an analytical role is required, with healthcare experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (with a focus on Excel), and the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively are critical for success.
