The Opportunity
The Senior Commerce Specialist leads a portfolio of accounts across multiple eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others), blending retail optimization with media strategy to drive comprehensive digital commerce success.You'llmanage client relationships, develop integrated strategies, and mentor junior team members while directlyimpactingclient ROI and company growth.
What You Will Do:
Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels
Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention
Analyzemarketplace and media data toidentifyopportunities, recommend optimizations, and improve sales and margins
Defineoptimalmedia channel mix (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Video, etc.) and execute award-winning campaigns
Optimizeproduct pages, metadata, and promotional strategy
Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting
Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media
