As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects, serving federal government clients. These projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.
You will provide team leadership, collaborate across disciplines, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure client satisfaction. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in NC or able to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of the start date.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.

Experience:
  • 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience, including land development and site design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; experience with MicroStation and InRoads software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local government regulations related to civil design.

Desirable:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regional stormwater regulations.
