✨ Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic healthcare team for an exciting 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and functional goals.

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely.

  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

  • Promote patient safety and maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards.

  • Help patients maximize independence, mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.

✅ Requirements
  • Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license.

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.

  • Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
