Job description

JSH is seeking appellate level judicial clerks whose clerkship ends in 2026 to join our litigation practices in our New Mexico office. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Our firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, complete with robust professional development programs (including an attorney mentor system, in-house training / CLE, and Trial College), a clear path to partnership, and the opportunity to try cases to a jury.
Qualifications:
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of New Mexico
  • 1 or more years of judicial clerkship experience at the appellate level (state or Federal)
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills

Salary Range: $102,500-140,000 per year, plus bonus
