Job description

JT Solution Partners is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to join our team and support beautiful apartment communities in the Reno area. If you have a passion for helping people find their perfect home and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents and prospective tenants in a professional, friendly manner
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
  • Answer phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads
  • Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Assist with marketing, resident events, and daily office tasks
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and community appearance

Requirements:

  • Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, or similar) a plus
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends if needed
