Job description

Systems Administrator - CVIT - Computer Concepts - Computer Village San Dimas, CA • Onsite • Full-time • $70,000–$100,000
We're a Managed Service Provider serving municipalities, schools, and small-to-midsize businesses across Southern California. We're growing, and we need a capable partner on projects and account work. If you're mature, think clearly under pressure, and follow through on what you start, we'd like to meet you.
About Computer Village:
We're an MSP that cares. That means we clean up what other vendors left broken, we explain things to customers in plain English, and we hold ourselves to a high standard internally. Our pace is genuinely fast. If you thrive on variety, constant learning, and getting things done, you'll fit here.
What you'll do:
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online across dozens of client tenants
  • Execute project work: migrations, hardware refreshes, security hardening, design, and installation
  • Handle escalations from L1, L2, and L3 technicians
  • Maintain network and server infrastructure — firewalls, switches, backups, RMM-monitored endpoints
  • Document cleanly in our documentation platform so the helpdesk can act on what you've built
  • Own your assigned accounts end-to-end

What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years as a sysadmin, IT administrator, or senior helpdesk technician
  • Solid command of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and general networking
  • Strong Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration
  • Clear communication with non-technical customers
  • Mature judgment and the discipline to finish what you start
  • Comfort with a genuinely fast pace and shifting priorities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Nice to have:
  • MSP experience
  • SQL and database administration
  • Exposure to our stack: Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, SonicWall, IT Glue
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Network+, Security+, or similar)

Compensation and benefits:
  • $70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) with 100% employer match
  • No on-call rotation, no after-hours work
  • Leadership that backs you up, values your work, and treats customers and team with respect

How to apply:
Send your resume and a short note on why this role fits you. We're hiring now and moving quickly.
Computer Village is an equal opportunity employer.
