Jr Developers often work on smaller tasks, bug fixes, or simple features, and are expected to learn and grow their technical skills through mentorship and hands-on experience. Their role is essential for building a solid foundation in software development and contributing to the success of development projects.

What does a junior developer do?

A junior developer assists in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under the supervision of senior developers. They typically work with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript and use development tools such as version control systems. Their role involves learning best practices and gaining experience in software development processes.
