What are Jr Developers?

Jr Developers, or Junior Developers, are entry-level professionals in the software development field. They typically have less experience than mid-level or senior developers and are responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code under the guidance of more experienced team members. Their role is essential for building a solid foundation in software development and contributing to the success of development projects.

Skills in programming languages, debugging, and collaboration remain important for growth in this role.

What does a junior developer do?

A junior developer assists in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under the supervision of senior developers. This role often involves learning new skills and gaining experience in a collaborative environment.

What are some common challenges a Jr Developer might face when joining a new team, and how can they overcome them?
