Indotronix is seeking a Lead Automation Anywhere Developer in Strongsville, OH, OR Pittsburgh, PA, for our Direct client

Position Title: Lead Automation Anywhere Developer

Position Location: Strongsville, OH OR Pittsburgh, PA

Ability to work remotely: No, 5 days in the office.

Acceptable time zone(s): EST

Days of the week: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8 AM start

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities: -

The tech lead will be at the forefront of any automation requests that come into the team, to help decide what tool/platform will be used. - Hold meetings / discussions with different lines of business as well as full team to answer questions and coordinate actions. - Minimal mentoring of Jr team members. - Light coding - as needed.

Must Have Technical Skills:

8 - 10 yrs - Automation Anywhere - Microsoft power platform - Python or Java

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: -

Gen AI - SharePoint, Jira, or ServiceNow

Soft Skills: -

Ability to break down complex technical terms and information for non-technical business partners to understand. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Certifications: HS Diploma + relevant work experience

Interview Process:

30-45 minute interview with Hiring manager and Panel of team members. Second interviews as needed.
