In this role you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the contracting fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence, support of overall strategic objectives, and accountable for overall project financial results.**What you will do:*** Supports the Regional Contracting Manager and Area General Manager in delivering business results and sharing department vision.* Directly supervises contracting fulfillment Project Management and Technician personnel.* Responsible for conducting employee reviews and ensuring performance objectives are met.* Partner with and support sales teams in the discovery and development of new opportunities.* Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.* Maintains and improves current customer relationships while seeking out other sales opportunities.* Reviews and validates contracts by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.* Reviews and validates estimates by utilizing prior experience to ensure proper costs and constructability.* Confirms Trane’s ability to meet the project performance and financial requirements by obtaining and analyzing customer data, project data, and implementation issues prior to accepting the project.* Leads the team as a safety professional to establish and maintain a work culture that makes safety priority #1.* Responsible for the financial performance of the business and delivering on financial commitments.* Responsible for customer communication and assuring customer commitments are met or exceeded.* Evaluates subcontractor performance and establishes relationships with new subcontractors and vendors, as necessary.* Manpower planning to meet the needs of the business and facilitate the growth and development of team members* Partner with peer leaders on the successful execution of projects.* Be customer facing and effectively communicate on Trane’s plan to execute with confidence.* Develop risk mitigation plans and lead the completion of project closeout reviews.* Strong financial acumen for forecasting and contracting business performance.* Partner with the sales teams on the successful development and execution of projects.* Ownership and accountability for the entire portfolio of projects from inception to completion.**What you will bring:*** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.* Working knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems, performance contracting.* Experience leading a team preferred.* Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems, mechanical/HVAC systems and performance contracting projects,* Deep understanding of construction process to included scheduling, project management, resource planning, etc.* Contractor’s Licenses preferred.* OSHA 10/30 preferred.* Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: + DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.**年間基本給与範囲または時給基本給与範囲**$117,673.33 - $164,675.00**報酬区分**給与**インセンティブ対象**Yes**販売手数料対象**No**免責事項**当社は、このポジションに対して競争力のある報酬を提供できるよう努めており、さまざまな要素に応じて調整いたします。実際の報酬額は、勤続年数、能力、勤務地、学歴、経験、出張要件、組合の有無などの要素によって決定されます。報酬範囲は、一般的にその国の全国平均に基づいて設定されています。さらに、福利厚生については、地域、事業の方針、組合の関与、従業員の雇用形態などにより異なる場合があります。**職場でも家庭でも充実した生活を実現しましょう:*** 健康保険や寛大なインセンティブを含むホリスティックウェルネスプログラムを含め、あなたと家族のための福利厚生は初日から適用されます – 私たちは思いやりを示します!* 家族形成のための福利厚生には、不妊治療カバーや養子縁組/代理出産支援が含まれます。* 401Kのマッチは最大6%、さらに追加の2%コア拠出で最大8%の会社拠出となります。* 有給休暇は15日、祝日9日、フローティングホリデー3日、病気休暇、ボランティアおよび育児休暇を支援するその他の選択肢が含まれます。* 会社のプログラムを通じた教育および研修の機会に加え、授業料支援や学生債務支援もあります。免責事項:福利厚生の提供内容は、団体交渉契約および地域/州の規制により異なる場合があります。 安全上重要な職務Yes当社では特定の職務を安全重視職務(Safety Sensitive)として指定しています。安全重視職務に従事する場合、追加の薬物検査に合格する必要がある場合があります。こちらは安全重視職務です。当社は、競争力のある報酬と充実した福利厚生・各種制度を提供しています。また、当社は均等な雇用機会を提供する企業であり、人種、肌の色、宗教、性別、性的指向、性自認、国籍、妊娠、年齢、婚姻状況、障がい、保護対象退役軍人の地位、またはその他法的に保護された地位に関係なく、すべての適格な応募者を公平に選考いたします。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
