Job description

Centerline Communications is seeking an experienced Civil Forman to join us in our North Carolina/South Carolina region. Individual will perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, and tower foundations. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. The ability to lead crews, and hold at least five years of experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.

What you will do: 

  • Perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, tower foundations
  • Clean and neat conduit placement
  • Able to work independently making sound decisions on behalf of the company.
  • Oversee, assist, and provide technical training and review for all work as assigned, including oversee and continually refine, perform safety inspections, stay current on State and local codes and changes, stay current on best practices and products available. Possesses the knowledge and technical skill to perform all tasks assigned related to the above
  • Directly oversees Construction Journeyman, Construction Apprentice, & sub-contractors. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems; team building and motivating.
  • Maintains onsite relationship with customer
  • Communicates needs, problems and questions to project management on a daily basis
  • Willing and able to work on site while managing crew as a whole.
