Adventure Ted, our superhero spokesbear, represents our philosophy to “See the adventure in all that you do.” We are seeking ambitious, creative, and highly motivated students to join our Communications Team and gain hands-on experience supporting major nonprofit events and campaigns.
Internship Focus
This internship will provide students with practical experience in communications, public relations, event marketing, partnership development, media outreach, and nonprofit storytelling.
Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to communications and outreach surrounding two major Childhood Cancer Society fundraising initiatives:

-
Adventure Ted Golf Event – Trump National Doral, Miami (February 15th, 2027): A major golf fundraising initiative at Trump National Doral in Miami, bringing Childhood Cancer Society’s Adventure Ted platform to South Florida through golf, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and event-driven fundraising.
These events will serve as major case studies throughout the internship, giving students the opportunity to help build awareness, participation, partnerships, and visibility around real-world nonprofit campaigns.
