Responsibilities
  • - Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects
  • - Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms
  • - Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams
  • - Coordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps
  • - Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling
  • - Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption
  • - Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases
  • - Run daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings
  • - Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution
  • - Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership
  • - Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams
  • - Improve communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders
  • - Continuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes
  • - Introduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releases
  • - Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency

Requirements

  • - Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows)
  • - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
