What You’ll Do

As a Title Clerk/Accounting Clerk, you’ll help ensure vehicle transactions and title processing are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership and DMV requirements.

Billing Responsibilities

  • Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals
  • Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation
  • Ensure all required documents are included before processing
  • Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve missing or incorrect information

Title & Registration Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local DMV requirements
  • Process title work in a timely manner to avoid penalties or delays
  • Track and follow up on outstanding titles, registrations, and documentation
  • Communicate with customers, lienholders, and DMV offices as needed

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized deal jackets and records
  • File, scan, and manage dealership documentation accurately
  • Assist with dealership audits and compliance reviews
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to deals and titles
  • Support office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed
