Overview
We are a locally owned tag and title company and we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork, ensuring compliance with all legal and dealership standards. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our sales and inventory management efforts. If you thrive in a high volume paperwork environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for detail oriented work, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.

Duties

  • Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related legal documents with precision and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, government agencies, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues
  • Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Verifying vehicle information against title documentation
  • Daily DMV visits to submit and retrieve work- must confirm all documents are completed correctly
  • Perform data entry and update internal systems to monitor document progress
  • Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks as needed
  • Eventually learn other aspects such as billing, tag and title, etc.
