Lift Emotion Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a vital member of our mental health service delivery model, you will provide exceptional care and support to clients struggling with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.   • Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Engage in collaborative care by working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that focus on improving care standards and professional development.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.
