Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional challenges during initial consultations.

  • Administer therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy sessions, and group therapy workshops, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Track client progress through systematic evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and referral to resources when necessary.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to professional ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to deliver holistic and coordinated care for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health therapy by participating in workshops and ongoing education.
  • Participate in regular peer supervision and team training sessions to continuously elevate your clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus
