Job description

We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Permanent position in Tulsa, OK 74136. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Salary Range:
  • DOR PTA/COTA: $30 $35/hour
  • DOR SLP/PT/OT: $40 $45/hour
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday
(Only for US Citizens)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • 2+ years of DOR experience.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Open to candidates from any discipline (PT, OT, SLP).
  • Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Valid state therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) Required.
