Employers generally expect some negotiation, so it's important to approach the process professionally and be prepared to justify your requests with research and examples. Communication is typically conducted via email or phone with a recruiter or hiring manager. Being clear about your priorities and showing flexibility can help reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Remember to get any agreed-upon changes documented in your official offer letter.
