The Role
The Change Manager is a strategic advisor and delivery leader responsible for managing the people side of transformation. Working alongside Project Managers, Program Managers, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will design and execute change management strategies that improve adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize business outcomes.
You will support complex transformation initiatives involving technology, processes, organizational structures, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and impact analyses.
  • Define adoption objectives and success metrics.
  • Create readiness frameworks and deployment plans.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Support leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
  • Identify and manage resistance.
  • Develop communication strategies and key messaging.
  • Create stakeholder communication plans.
