Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA within a food and beverage production environment. This role supports daily warehouse, raw materials, and production inventory operations by helping ensure products are accurately stocked, stored, tracked, and available for production and shipment.
Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for inventory support or raw materials supervisory responsibilities. Successful team members will work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and quality teams to maintain accurate inventory, support food safety standards, and keep operations moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods, raw materials, and line-item products, ensuring items are assigned proper locations and inventoried as required.
- Pull bulk materials and raw material requirements for production rooms to meet customer, stock, and production needs.
- Store products properly in refrigerated, freezer, or dry stock areas while keeping aisles clear, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with receiving incoming products, stocking inventory, loading pallet shipment orders, and supporting warehouse workflow.
- Complete required documentation clearly, accurately, legibly, and in compliance with company procedures.
- Follow company SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, food safety standards, sanitation expectations, and quality procedures at all times.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 to $22 per hour for inventory role.
- Pay: $25 to $30 per hour for Inventory/Raw Materials Supervisor role.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Oxnard, CA.
- Schedule options may include 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Supervisor schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Candidates must be able to work the assigned shift as required.
