Job description

Role: MSSQL Admin
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid or onsite)
Required Skills:
  • The SQL Server DBA (Lead Database Administrator) will be the go-to person for managing and supporting Microsoft SQL database systems for our clients.
  • This individual will attend project meetings, gather and document infrastructure and security requirements, and work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Key responsibilities include client technical support issues, problem-solving, proactive identification of improvement opportunities, incident management, building and supporting Windows Failover Clusters, performance monitoring, and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery support.
  • Experience with SQL Server version 2016 and higher, Azure, PowerShell scripting, and ticket tools like JIRA and ServiceNow is also required.
