Job description

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to join our team! The selected individual will be in charge of running jobs in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
  • Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
  • Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
  • Troubleshooting issues with and/or replacing plumbing fixtures and water heaters
  • Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 4 years experience in commercial plumbing
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Have a clean appearance
  • Have experience running crews of at least 3 people
