Job File Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor job file status
  • Monitor job file audit status
  • Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
  • Review and validate initial field documentation
  • Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process

Necessary Experience and Skill Set
  • 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in a customer service industry environment is a plus.

Formal Education/Training
  • High school diploma/GED
