Job description

Objective:

To provide comprehensive coordination for project execution and ongoing service delivery
support company wide. Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive communication between
customers, internal and external teams. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by
resolving issues efficiently and scheduling appropriate resources in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Work closely with Project Managers from initial onboarding of projects, Forecasting/
    Scheduling to assisting in Change Orders, Ordering equipment to final close out of
    projects
  • Schedule Service Tickets according to Priority level and specific time frames as
    indicated
  • Run internal reports to maintain metrics
  • Inbound / Outbound customer calls including call queue
  • Communicate with multiple internal teams
  • Hold Weekly Internal Scheduling meetings
  • May conduct customer or subcontractor meetings
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for field staff as well as lift rentals, test equipment
    and badging / Training prerequisites
  • Monthly Expense Reports

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two-year college degree from an accredited college or university, or substitute 2 years pertinent experience for each year of education.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations as well as customers.
  • Strong organizational, conflict-resolution, problem-solving and creative skills as well as the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment using accurate and timely analysis of available data.
  • Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and strong working knowledge of Excel.
