Bei ChrisCoaching begleiten wir Frauen auf ihrem Weg zu einem gesunden, entspannten Essverhalten. Ganz ohne Diätstress, strikte Verbote oder ständiges Kalorienzählen.

Unsere Mission: Frauen dabei zu helfen, sich endlich wieder wohl in ihrem Körper zu fühlen und eine gesunde Beziehung zum Essen aufzubauen.

Damit unsere Kundinnen über die gesamte Coaching-Zeit hinweg optimal betreut werden, suchen wir eine empathische, strukturierte und engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Customer Success.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere Kundinnen während ihrer Coaching-Zeit und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich unterstützt, gesehen und verstanden fühlen

Du wertest wöchentliche Check-ins aus und erkennst, wo Motivation, Lob oder Unterstützung gefragt ist

Du beobachtest die Fortschritte unserer Kundinnen und gibst gezieltes, ehrliches und zugleich wertschätzendes Feedback

Du bleibst im engen Austausch mit dem Coaching-Team, um individuelle Themen weiterzugeben und abzustimmen

Du unterstützt dabei, interne Abläufe und Feedbackprozesse im Bereich Customer Success weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst du mit

Ein solides, fachliches Wissen über Kalorien, Nährstoffe und deren Auswirkungen auf den Körper durch z.B. durch eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Fitness & Ernährung
