Job Title: Job Coach (Part-Time)
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $21.75-$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $500 Hiring Bonus
Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.
This role primarily serves Clackamas County, with occasional assignments in Multnomah and Washington counties based on program needs. While this position begins as part-time, additional hours are expected as services continue to expand, creating the opportunity for a future full-time schedule.
No previous Job Coach experience is required. If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and want a career with purpose, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a national background check
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
  • Willingness to travel throughout Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties
