Job description

Position Overview

Shift- Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

A Sample Boards Associate is responsible for fabrication of small form hanging displays, kitting inventory items, and processing warehouse orders.ย 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Processing warehouse orders
    • Picking, Packing, and Shipping primarily small form displays (6โ€x12โ€ and 12โ€x18โ€)
  • Kitting small form inventory for orders
    • Packing various small display items into boxes to be sold/shipped
  • Kitting large form inventory for orders
    • Packing various large display items onto pallets to be sold/shipped
    • Building crate pallets for orders
  • Creating small form displays
    • Gluing tile to a small form MDF board (6โ€x12โ€) and labeling the product with a sticker
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing debris and clutter, and properly disposing of packaging materials.
  • Occasionally assisting with other warehouse tasks, such as picking and packing orders, conducting inventory counts, and preparing merchandise for shipment.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required skills/abilities
  • Requires understanding and proficiency with the following tools:
    • Hot glue gun
    • Pneumatic staple/nail gun
    • General warehouse tools
  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse organization procedures.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Able to lift and move heavy merchandise items.
  • Flexible schedule, including ability to work on weekends, as needed.
education and experience
  • Knowledge of tile setting, grout mixing, and construction is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and proficient math skills are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
