About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Part Time Teller to join our Chatham Branch in Chatham,, IL! As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting bank products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry and develop your skills in customer service and financial transactions. Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday: Afternoons and every other Saturday.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handling
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns
  • Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range:
