Position Summary:
MSB Analytics is seeking an experienced Acquisition Contracts Analyst to support the U.S. Army Cargo Helicopters International Programs (CH-47 International) at Redstone Arsenal.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted acquisition advisor supporting Government leadership through every phase of the acquisition lifecycle. You will help develop acquisition strategies, prepare contract documentation, coordinate with Government stakeholders, and ensure acquisition actions comply with applicable regulations while supporting one of the Army's premier aviation programs.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple acquisition efforts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition Planning

  • Support acquisition planning and contract development activities from pre-solicitation through contract award.
  • Assist in developing acquisition strategies for future contract requirements.
  • Support Task Order management under IDIQ contract vehicles.

Contract Documentation

  • Prepare and coordinate acquisition documentation, including:
    • Justification & Approval (J&A) packages
    • Acquisition Plans
    • Service Acquisition Strategies
    • Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs)
  • Assist in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
    • Independent Government Estimates (IGEs)
    • Procurement Work Directives (PWDs)
    • Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Utilize Paperless Contract Files (PCF) to organize and maintain acquisition documentation.

Program & Customer Support

  • Coordinate acquisition activities with Product Directors, Program Managers, Contracting Officers, and other Government stakeholders.
  • Prepare recurring contractual reports and acquisition status briefings.
  • Ensure acquisition actions comply with FAR, DFARS, Army regulations, and applicable policies.
  • Participate in acquisition planning meetings, management reviews, and customer briefings.
  • Assist with acquisition strategy development for future contract requirements.
  • Recommend solutions to contractual and acquisition-related challenges.

These responsibilities support the Government's requirement for contract development, acquisition planning, contract package preparation, task order management, reporting, and strategic acquisition support.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Associate's degree with 14 years of relevant experience; OR
  • High School diploma with 16 years of relevant experience.
