EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
  • Education
    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    2 years of experience as a Housekeeper
JOB DUTIES
  • Assists with implementation of departmental policies and proce- dures.
  • Maintains departmental records, reports and files required.
  • Assists with establishing quality levels and standards. Schedules and assigns work to individuals and inspects work upon completion.
  • Tours and inspects areas for quality of work performed.
  • Inspects housekeeping equipment for wear, tear and replacement. -
  • Instructs personnel in use of new equipment, cleaning techniques and cleaning agents.
  • Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and oversees replacement.
  • Coordinates repair and remodeling projects with Engineering Division.
  • Assumes management responsibility in absence of Operations Manager.
  • Supervises employees directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation.
  • Plans, organizes, and directs functions and activities of Environmental Services Division to comply with regulatory require- ments.
  • Performs other related duties assigned or requested.
