We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Project Controls Manager to join our leadership team in Lawrenceville.

The Role

This position provides essential administrative and operational support for contract management within Jingoli Nuclear Services (JNS). The Contract Administrator ensures the organized execution of project agreements, tracks subcontractor compliance, and maintains the financial integrity of project documentation. Contract Administrator will also help with procurement of subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

· Contract Lifecycle Management: Assist in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of contract documents and amendments.

· Compliance Tracking: Monitor subcontractor insurance certificates, lien waivers, and other required compliance documentation.

· Invoicing Support: Review subcontractor and vendor invoices to ensure they align with contract terms and approved work.

· Documentation & Archive: Maintain comprehensive digital and physical contract files, ensuring a clear audit trail for all project agreements.

· Data Entry & Reporting: Update contract status logs and assist in generating reports regarding contract health and project commitments.

· Internal Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and the Project Controls team to ensure seamless communication regarding contract status.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field/ experience.

· Experience: Previous experience in an office environment or relevant internships; exposure to the construction or energy industry is a plus.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, Microsoft Word for document preparation, and PDF.

· Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple document workflows simultaneously.

· Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying potential documentation gaps and a commitment to maintaining project predictability.
