Catering growth + dine-in traffic
THE ROLE:
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on being out in the community — not behind a desk. You'll spend the majority of your time meeting business owners, school and hospital staff, HR teams, and community leaders across your region, turning those relationships into steady catering orders and repeat dine-in traffic. If you like seeing the direct, measurable results of your own outreach, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Community & Business Outreach:
- Visit local businesses, schools, offices, hotels, and hospitals daily to introduce Jimmy's Egg and build lasting relationships.
- Serve as the face of Jimmy's Egg in the community — networking with chambers of commerce, HR departments, and community organizations.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts by traffic potential and catering opportunity.
Catering Sales Growth:
- Proactively prospect and close new catering accounts (offices, schools, hospitals, sports teams, churches).
- Build repeat catering relationships through consistent follow-up, sampling, and account servicing.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure catering orders are executed flawlessly, protecting the relationship you built.
Dine-In Traffic Growth:
- Drive new and repeat dine-in visits through neighborhood partnerships, loyalty promotions, and grassroots marketing.
- Distribute local offers and gather feedback from nearby businesses to convert outreach into table turns.
- Support slow-daypart pushes with targeted community campaigns.
Events & Fundraising:
- Coordinate fundraising nights, school partnerships, and community events that build brand goodwill and traffic.
- Represent Jimmy's Egg at local festivals, sponsorships, and community gatherings.
Tracking & Reporting:
- Log daily outreach activity, new accounts, and event results in a shared tracking system.
- Report weekly on catering pipeline, traffic impact, and account status to Area Director / leadership.

- Proven success in in-person sales, networking, or business development.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by daily activity in the field.
- Organized and accountable — reliably tracks outreach and follows through on commitments.
- Restaurant, catering, sales, or local marketing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the region.
