JFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a PRN Home Care Nurse.
JFSA Cleveland seeks a PRN Home Care Nurse to support older adults in Cleveland's east side suburbs. This critical concierge-style nursing role furthers the Agency's mission by finding solutions to help individuals face life challenges with confidence.
The ideal nursing candidate is an experienced registered nurse who is interested in working with purpose and caring for older adults in the community. Services are delivered to clients in their homes, in accordance with physician orders, and follow all rules and regulations of licensure.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate Registered Nurse who is comfortable delivering person-centered care, knows and understands Conditions of Participation (or is willing to learn), and is comfortable with timely clinical documentation and care coordination.
Licensed practical nurses (LPN) may also be considered where permitted by regulation. Familiarity with home care or social work case management preferred but not required. Starting rate is $40/hour.

Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid RN or LPN license in Ohio
  • Current Ohio Driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Current TB test or chest x-ray.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 Boosters/Vaccinations preferred
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current RN License (State of Ohio) or LPN
  • 2 years prior clinical experience, 1 year experience in home care or hospice setting preferred
