• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and tailor therapy plans accordingly.
• Facilitate communication with supervisors, fellow care staff, family members, and guardians to discuss progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Develop and provide a tentative schedule to supervisors, outlining appointments, home visits, and observations essential for monitoring patient progress.
• Coordinate and execute home visits to conduct in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews, contributing to comprehensive data analysis.
• Ensure effective implementation of therapy and intervention programs, making modifications as needed to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance collective care efforts.
• Documentation is essential: generate monthly and quarterly progress notes to track patient advancements and treatment outcomes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure competency in the program's methodologies and documentation processes.
• Provide ongoing follow-up through interviews and home visits, guaranteeing continued support for individuals as their needs evolve.
• Create and maintain accurate records, ensuring that valuable information is readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Act as a liaison within the broader mental health community, assisting with developmental goals and initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of training materials aimed at innovating services and improving program efficacy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Your role will emphasize individualized attention, cultivating therapeutic relationships that empower clients to progress in their mental well-being. The ideal candidate will be prepared to embrace the complexities of each client’s situation with empathy and professionalism.

• An active Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, specifically in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a variety of clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a healthcare team.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies to streamline documentation and patient care.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma counseling, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams focusing on holistic and innovative mental health solutions.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, contingent upon your experience and the caseload you can support. Benefits include:
