• Manage a steady caseload of clients, focusing on establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct routine meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and other required client records, in compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and actively participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Our clinic serves a diverse population including adults, children, and families seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems including Excel, RMS software, Microsoft Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, correlating with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure follows a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, minimizing delays in pay. Additional benefits include:
