Overview

The Jewish Renaissance Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of NJ seeking a full time or part time adult Endocrinologist. Our mission is to provide Endocrine services to patients regardless of ability to pay, race, ethnicity, and cultural competence. By joining and being a member of our team, you will be able to give great care to patients as well as work in a great environment.

Responsibilities

To deliver comprehensive, quality healthcare in an efficient and cost effective manner to the people of the community. As a member of the Endocrinology team, and lead by the Director of Endocrinology, the Endocrinologist is vital to the successful completion of the organization goal.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications, functional duties, responsibility, and work environment requirements listed below are representative of the abilities required.

The Endocrinologist is directly responsible to the Director of Endocrinology of Jewish Renaissance Medical Center, Inc.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO has graduated by an accredited Medical School;
  • Must possess a State of NJ License;
  • Must possess a CDS License and DEA License issued by the State of NJ;
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible;
  • Must possess a current CPR/BLS certification;
  • Orientation to deliver care related to physician’s subspecialty;
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Job Description and Benefits

Our Endocrine division is growing at Jewish Renaissance Medical Center, and we are excited to seek a full time or part time adult Endocrinologist proficient in all aspects of Endocrine care.

Candidates can choose from 4 workdays / 10-hour shifts or 5 work days / 8 hour shifts. Competitive salary with potential of incentive. H1B sponsoring, No hospital calls, no weekends. 4 weeks’ vacation out of a 52-week year. 10 paid person personal days, 6 holidays with 2 floating holiday option= 6 Holidays per year + any 2 days you want off. Jury duty and Bereavement. Shared cost for Medical, Dental, and vision-eligible 60 days after the first of the month of hire date. 403B retirement plan. Voluntary Supplemental insurance for disability, life, etc. through Aflac. $50,000 life insurance policy. 5 paid CME days, $1500 CME reimbursement, $1500 license reimbursement.
