Jewish Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work from home while providing essential therapeutic services to a diverse clientele in San Antonio, Texas. The LPC will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, developing personalized treatment plans, and fostering therapeutic relationships that support client growth and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual client needs and tracking progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates—meaning you will be compensated ahead of collections, ensuring no delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
