The New Jewish Home has a long experience delivering rehabilitation and home care services. Our goal is to help each patient get well, stay well and return to health and independence as quickly as possible.

We are currently seeking Fee for Services Nurses to join our team who will provide home care services in the Manhattan area!

The qualified candidate will:

  • Provide in-home assessments and reassessments for clients
  • Provide intermittent visits in the client's home including assessment and home health supervisions
  • Coordinate client's care with care team and create care plan for client's care
  • Document care in EMR in a timely manner
  • Flexible work schedule

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid NYS RN license
  • A minimum of one (1) year home care experience as an RN with a CHHA or LHCSA
  • A minimum of one (1) year in an acute care or hospital environment

Salary Range: $70 per regular visit; $ 90 for recertification ; $ 125 per visit for evaluation; $ 50 per hour- training/orientation

The New Jewish Home (TNJH) provides a salary range in compliance with New York City's Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law. The salary range provided reflects a good-faith estimate of potential base compensation for this position at the time of posting and does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other benefits.. Actual salaries depend on several factors, including location, specialty, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget considerations, internal equity, and the specific needs of the organization.
