Job description

Jewelry Photographer & Content Creator

Full Time, onsite M-F

Location: South Nashville, TN

Salary 70k-75k (depending on experience) 

Primary Responsibilities

Product Photography

Photograph all incoming luxury Jewelry inventory for e-commerce website use

Produce consistent, high-quality product images that accurately represent each piece of jewelry.

Capture detailed macro photography highlighting craftsmanship, condition, and unique features

Edit, retouch, and prepare images for publication while adhering to established brand standards

Capture short-form videos of each timepiece for website product pages

Content Creation

Produce original photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Create short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and promotional content for organic and paid marketing campaigns

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and business goals

Plan, pitch, and execute creative content ideas that showcase inventory, educate audiences, and strengthen luxury brand positioning

Capture behind-the-scenes content, new arrivals, company culture, and other brand storytelling assets

Marketing Support

Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content supports overall business goals and advertising strategies

Assist with creative planning, campaign development, and visual storytelling initiatives

Maintain an organized digital asset library for current and future marketing use

Team Support

Contribute to day-to-day business operations by assisting with shared office responsibilities as needed

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support additional tasks that contribute to team and company success

Key Objectives – First Year

Establish and maintain a professional in-house photography studio
Photograph and edit all incoming inventory to meet website quality standards
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style that reflects a luxury brand aesthetic
Produce engaging photo and video content that supports social media, marketing, and advertising initiatives
Build and maintain an organized digital asset library for ongoing marketing needs
Continuously improve photography workflows, studio processes, and creative output to support company growth
