In this role, you’ll create high-quality pieces, support continuous improvement across our production floor, and help train the next generation of Makers as we continue to scale our handcrafted operations.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Maker crafts high-quality jewelry that meets brand and customer standards, completes all production steps from soldering through finishing and packaging, performs quality checks and corrections, maintains an organized workspace, and meets daily work order expectations. This role also identifies opportunities to improve tools, techniques, and workflows, trains Makers and retail employees on product assembly and safety protocols, and supports daily production setup, including preparing solder stations.


Key Responsibilities

Jewelry Making

  • Create handcrafted jewelry using established SOPs, ensuring every piece meets Hello Adorn’s quality and brand standards.
  • Complete finishing steps including tumbling, packaging, and submitting pieces for quality control.
  • Correct quality issues identified during QC and maintain accuracy across all work.
  • Complete daily work orders on schedule and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, recipes, and production processes.

Training & Development

  • Train new and existing Makers to ensure strong product knowledge, efficient techniques, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Train retail employees on endless bracelet assembly expectations as needed.
  • Integrate new tools, techniques, and best practices into training programs to support team growth and efficiency.

Other Responsibilities

  • Prepare solder stations and work areas for daily production.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished pieces to ensure consistency and craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on jewelry-making experience.
  • Proficiency in key jewelry-making techniques (soldering, stone setting, polishing, casting, finishing).
  • Experience training others on product assembly and safety practices.

  • Jewelry-making certificate or completion of a jewelry-related training program.
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-volume or e-commerce jewelry environment.
