As a Key Holder, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving store targets, and keeping the store looking its best.

What You’ll Do

As a Key Holder, you’ll support the leadership team in running a successful store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations

• Delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewellery

• Supporting the team to achieve sales and store targets

• Helping create a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store

• Supporting stock replenishment and product presentation

• Taking responsibility for the store when required

• Leading by example and helping the team deliver on Lovisa’s customer-first approach

What We’re Looking For

• Have previous retail or hospitality experience

• Have strong communication and customer service skills

• Are organised and able to manage your time effectively
