We are recruiting experienced Commercial Web Press Operators to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 3rd shift in our Aurora IL, production facility. Qualified candidates will:

  • Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly
  • Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production
  • Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press
  • Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project
  • Monitor the quality of materials being produced
  • Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary
  • Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team


Experience and Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least two years of prior experience operating a printing press, including working knowledge of 4-color process, UV curing, plow-folds, and ink jet personalization techniques
