Job description

Order Entry / Professional Assistant

JET Technologies, a multi-faceted corporation focused on plastic CNC fabrication and Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming, located in Elkhart, IN has an immediate need for an Order Entry / Professional Assistant Professional.

Requirements:

  • Enter all incoming orders in a timely and efficient manner, including printing and organizing of appropriate paperwork
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance order entry efficiency
  • Manage customer emails and phone calls promptly and communicate regularly
  • Utilize customer portals for entering and maintaining orders
  • Work closely with Sales Team, Accounting and Management
  • Weekly reporting of sales, order entry and open orders
  • Complete USMCA filings and other compliance requests as needed
  • Scanning and filing of Work Orders
  • Cross-train and provide back-up for other support positions
  • Other tasks as assigned or as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Work and effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Serve as the face of Jet Technologies to all customers
  • Previous experience with Order Entry and AS400 system is extremely helpful but not required.
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook and Excel
